best when chilled overnight

 Basic preparation
     1 package of your choice
     1 cup real mayonnaise

     1 cup sour cream
      (can use low fat/non fat  products)

       Try cream cheese and yogurt in place of mayo and sour cream
       some people have even used the mix with just cottage cheese

    Spread on a tortilla, add luncheon meat, lettuce and tomato.  Roll/fold and eat.

Peta bread works good too

   Spinach Artichoke Dip


    1 packet Spinach

    1/2 packet Parmesan & Garlic
     (make the basic mix and add)
    1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
    small jar of artichoke hearts (chopped)

  Cheese Ball 
1 package of your choice
    16oz cream cheese
  form a ball or log
      roll in
3/4 cup shredded cheese or some of your favorite chopped nuts
    server with crackers

1 package of your choice
    3-14oz can diced or fresh tomatoes
    for more texture dice up an onion, bell pepper or any other item

1 package of your choice
16oz Velveeta cheese
    1 16oz can diced tomatoes
    heat until cheese is melted, mix well and serve hot

 Dill Garlic Salmon
    Dill Garlic mix
    Olive Oil
    Salmon Steaks
rub both sides of salmon with olive oil and then rub in the Dill Garlic mix (amount of your choice) 
wrap with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for several hours/overnight
(as least 30 minutes) remove plastic wrap then bake normal or put on the grill

Horsey Prime Rib or roast beef
    Horseradish mix (amount of your choice)
massage mix into the meat well
wrap with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for several hours/overnight
remove plastic wrap and cook normal

     Parmesan Garlic mix, my favorite. I have used South of the Boarder to spice things up, family's favorite. Mix it in with my ground beef that morning, cover it and set in the refrigerator for the day.  That evening I mix it again, put into my pan and baked normal.
